Remove, peel adhesive hook strip from
CellBand. (see Fig.1)
2)
The adhesive hook strip should be
affixed and centered to the back of a
clean, dry, cell phone or ipod, or small
device. Press firmly and remove all air.

If you are right-handed the holder
should be worn on your left wrist,
forearm, or hand, and vice versa.
Unfasten the strap, and slip the
user-friendly CellBand on and make sure
the strap will close in the direction
going to the right if you are right
handed and vice versa if you are left
handed. (see fig.3)

Attach your phone or ipod to the Velcro
loop on The CellBand.

On flip phones, the safety strap can be
fasten in two ways:
A) Over the closed phone (see
fig.5) (this allows the user to
quickly remove the phone.)
B) Over the keys on the key-pad (see
fig.6) (this allows the
user to securely operate the phone while
attach to the
holder.) Good for speaker-phone
operation.

The soft Velcro end of the strap should
be thoroughly embedded into the hook
strip on the holder one half inch or
more (see fig.7)

To remove phone/ipod/small device, pull
off at a slight angle.

with scissor as needed.

1)
CellBand is best worn on the forearm
turned in toward the body. (see.fig 8)
2)
Always try to keep speaker phone speaker
from being block.
3)
If needed, cut adhesive strip to fit
surface.
4)
Remember numbers under strap for speaker
phone dial-out.
